20 Minute January Training
Our At-Home Training Program is designed to help players stay consistent, sharp, and confident outside of team practices. This short but focused 20-minute daily routine builds strong technical habits, coordination, and comfort on the ball—all from home or a small space.
Structure of the Session:
4-Minute Warm-Up: Light movement and ball work to prepare the body and mind for training.
4-Minute Cones: Dribbling patterns focused on ball control, change of direction, and close touches.
4-Minute Coordination Ladder: Footwork and body coordination to improve agility, balance, and speed.
4-Minute Square Touches (2 Sets): Quick touches and ball mastery to develop soft feet and faster reactions.
4-Minute Juggling: Improves touch, focus, and overall feel for the ball.
This training is meant to be done daily and skipped on game day. Consistency is the key, small amounts of quality work every day lead to big improvements over time come spring time.
Perfect for players who want to take ownership of their development and maximize progress between team and private sessions with us.
